Krallenbacken SKB - wichtige Informationen
Verehrter Kunde, bitte beachten Sie die Hinweise, denn die Sicherheit und die Genauigkeit hängt auch von Ihnen ab.
Verwendungszweck:
Die Krallenbacken sind geeignet zum Spannen von parallelen Roh- und Sägeteilen sowie parallel gefrästen Werkstücken.
Hinweise:
D Nachgiebige Werkstücke werden deformiert und bauen nur eine entsprechend geringe Spannkraft auf.
D
Bei geringer Spannkraft besteht die Gefahr durch sich lösende Werkstücke.
D
Jede sicherheitsbedenkliche Arbeitsweise ist zu unterlassen.
Alle maschinenspezifischen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind zu befolgen.
Bei Ersatzbedarf sind nur vom Hersteller zugelassene Bauteile zu verwenden.
Spannen der Werkstücke:
Die gehärteten Krallenspitzen dringen in das Werkstück ein und erzeugen Formschluss
Die Eindringtiefe ist abhängig von:

D der Material - Festigkeit (bis ca. 900 N/mm², unleg. Stahl, Grauguss, Alu)

2. Uso conforme alle disposizioni
2. 1 Morsa portapezzo per macchine
- La morsa deve essere utilizzata esclusivamente per il serraggio di pezzi rigidi.
- Durante la lavorazione di pezzi elastici e con un’insufficiente forza di serraggio è possibile che
i pezzi o gli utensili vengano rilasciati e catapultati all’esterno, con il conseguente pericolo di
Infortunio.
- Salvo diversa indicazione, in fase di serraggio la manovella deve essere sempre girata in
senso orario. In caso di rotazione in senso antiorario pezzi in lavorazione vengono liberati, con
il conseguente pericolo.
Di infortunio per il personale o di danneggiamento dell’ambiente circostante e della morsa
stessa.
3. Messa in servizio
3.1 Morsa portapezzo per macchine
- La morsa portapezzo per macchine viene fornita pronta per l’impiego.
- Rimuovere la protezione anticorrosione originale di fabbrica
4. Serraggio della morsa portapezzo per macchine
- Controllare che il bancale della macchina e la parte inferiore della morsa non presentino errori
di planarità o trucioli ed eventualmente eliminarli.
- Non danneggiare le superfici della morsa.
- L’intera superficie della morsa deve essere pianeggiante.
- Disporre gli elementi di fissaggio su più punti in modo che il bancale della macchina e la morsa
vengano collegati tra loro con la massima stabilità possibile.
- Per l’allineamento o il Posizionamento il fondo è dotato di cave calibrate 20H7 (utilizzare
tasselli adeguati, vedere il catalogo Röhm per i tasselli adeguati).

Applicare le staffe di fissaggio possibilmente vicino al centro di serraggio.
4. 2 Serraggio con viti di fissaggio
(usare viti almeno con una classe di resistenza di 12.9)
L’appoggio o il fissaggio inappropriato della morsa può avere le seguenti
conseguenze:
- Riduzione della forza e della precisione di serraggio
- Vibrazioni del pezzo
- Usura precoce della morsa e dell’utensile

5.1 Ampiezza di serraggio
In base alle dimensioni del pezzo viene raggiunta la corretta ampiezza di serraggio
ruotando la manovella e spostando le ganasce riportate (entrambe in posizione).
6. Serraggio del pezzo
Per il serraggio sicuro dei pezzi da lavorare vedere pagina 3.
La vite e le ganasce mobili devono presentare sempre un funzionamento regolare.
- Per il serraggio bisogna ruotare la manovella in senso orario.
- Le ganasce di destra e di sinistra si muovono centricamente tramite un albero filettato
contro il pezzo.
- Con la chiave dinamometrica esercitare la coppia di serraggio adeguata
(vedere diagramma della forza di serraggio).
Esercitare delle forze di serraggio controllate e ripetibili solo con la chiave dinamometrica
(non usare la manovella).
- Con la chiave dinamometrica viene raggiunta la piena forza di serraggio.
- Non utilizzare in nessun caso martelli o prolunghe per manovelle.
- L’uso di martelli o simili per stringere a fondo la manovella danneggia il dispositivo
compatto di serraggio.
7. Manutenzione
- Sono necessari lavori di pulizia a seconda dell’impiego e del grado di sollecitazione del
dispositivo compatto di serraggio.
- Dopo ogni impiego bisogna pulire il dispositivo di serraggio e lubrificare le superfici rettificate
con olio privo di acidi.
- Effettuare i lavori di pulizia solo con emulsione per trapanatura.
- Di regola è sufficiente una pulizia grossolana. Trucioli e sporco accumulatisi nell’area della
guida
possono essere eliminati attraverso le aperture laterali.
- Dopo circa 1000 ore di esercizio dovrebbe essere effettuata una pulizia generale.
A tale scopo si deve smontare il dispositivo compatto di serraggio.
- In caso di condizioni estreme di utilizzo, ad es. corse di serraggio brevi, cicli di lavoro brevi,
etc.
l’intervallo di lubrificazione deve essere abbreviato in maniera adeguata.
- Dopo ogni 500 corse di serraggio le ganasce di serraggio devono essere posizionate
più volte fino alle loro posizioni di finecorsa.
(il lubrificante vecchio viene riportato nuovamente sulle superfici di serraggio)

C’è rischio di lesioni per le persone a causa di trucioli scagliati in aria.
La penetrazione di impurità nelle guide e nella vite costituisce pericolo per il
dispositivo compatto di serraggio.

Esse si considerano valide in caso di appropriata manutenzione e lubrificazione in
base alle indicazioni del produttore.

Stimato cliente, la preghiamo di prestare attenzione alle indicazioni citate, in quanto la sicurezza e la precisione dipendono da
Lei.
Scopo di applicazione:
Le ganasce ad artigli sono idonee per il serraggio di pezzi paralleli grezzi e tagliati nonché di pezzi fresati in parallelo.
Nota:
x I pezzi non rigidi vengono deformati ed esercitano quindi solo una forza di serraggio ridotta.
x In caso di bassa forza di serraggio c’è il pericolo di pezzi che si allentano.
x Bisogna vietare qualsiasi lavoro che comprometta la sicurezza.
Bisogna rispettare tutta la normativa in materia di antinfortunistica specifica inerente ai macchinari.
In caso di fornitura di ricambi bisogna usare solo componenti autorizzati dal produttore.

Le punte temprate degli artigli afferrano il pezzo e creano un accoppiamento geometrico

x quanti artigli vengono impiegati (min. 1/2 larghezza della ganascia)
x materiale – resistenza (fino a ca. 900 N/mm2, acciaio non legato, ghisa grigia, alluminio)

Per evitare perdite di trucioli, nelle morse con amplificatore di forza in base alla corsa, ad es. leva
articolata, unità idraulica bisogna effettuare 2 giri completi di morsa per compensare la
dislocazione del materiale.
